Penny Eggert, Director of Training, has been employed with R’Club for over 20 years and is responsible for the coordination of training opportunities for R’Club’s 300+ child care staff. Penny focuses primarily on supervisory and leadership skill building for management staff but also trains all staff on workplace issues including increasing customer service skills and preventing sexual harassment in the workplace. Penny is involved in training child care workers throughout the community and has presented annually at the Florida After School Alliance Conference. She holds a BA in Human Development and an AA in Early Childhood Development. |

Kathie DiPolito, Training Resource Coordinator II , has been employed with R’Club since June 1990. Kathie’s responsibilities include providing support and technical assistance to Center Directors and Assistants, training all staff in CPR and First Aid, training on Diversity In The Workplace, Safety In the Workplace, and Disaster Preparedness. Kathie also coordinates a Healthy Living and Wellness Series for staff and coordinates R’Club’s annual Wellness Fair. Kathie trains extensively in the child care community and for the Juvenile Welfare Board.
Elaine Bowers is a Training Resource Coordinator for R’Club Child Care, Inc. where she has been employed since 1989. Elaine specializes in a variety of training topics including Group Management, Diversity In The Workplace, Emergent Literacy, Commitment to Character, Peer Mediation, Volunteer Management and various other topics within the child care field. In addition to training R’Club staff, Elaine has trained at the Florida After School Alliance State Conferences and for Pinellas County Safe and Drug Free Schools. Elaine has an Associates in Art degree.
Rebecca Moore, Training Resource Coordinator, has been with R’Club since 1992 and in the child care field since 1989. Rebecca is a Certified Youth Worker through JWB’s Best Initiative Training Program and an endorser for the National After School Association Accreditation Program. She has presented at the National After School Alliance Annual Conference, Florida’s After School Association conferences and various state and local venues. Rebecca has an Associates Degree and has completed her CDA.
Shannon Krukonis has almost 15 years experience in the child care field and has been employed as a Behavior Management Specialist with R’Club since April 2002. Shannon has a BS in Psychology and an AA in Early Child hood Education. She has experience working with children ages infant through the teen years and specializes in behavior guidance and management. Shannon has presented at the National After School Alliance Annual Conference, Florida’s After School Association conferences and many state and local training events.
Charles Street has a BA in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice and has been employed with R’Club Child Care, Inc. since October 2005. Charles’ experience includes working as a Juvenile Probation Officer, teaching youth at a drop-out prevention school in Cleveland, Ohio and working extensively with foster children as they transition out of the foster care system.
Jennifer Britton, Behavior Management Specialist, has a BS in Criminal Justice and an AA in Law Enforcement. She has worked with children of varying ages since 1996. Jennifer specializes in behavior guidance and management topics and has presented at local conferences and within the child care community.
