EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION
Part-time positions available include Child Development Specialists for our school age and middle school programs and Assistant Teachers for our preschool programs. Full-time positions include: Center Director, Director in Training, Assistant Director, Full-Time Substitute, Sr. Child Development Specialist, Pre-K Teacher and Preschool Teacher. Positions are occasionally available in our Fiscal, Human Resources and Development & Marketing Departments.

PROGRAM POSITIONS QUALIFICATIONS
Part-Time Child Development Specialist and Assistant Teacher
High school diploma or GED and be 18 years of age or older. Prefer experience.
Center Director and Director in Training
BA/BS Degree with credits in early childhood education, 6 of which must meet the "staff member in charge" criteria set forth by the Licensing Board. Requires at least 2 years experience in related field (1 year in administration and 1 year of working with children.) Half of the education requirement may be substituted for additional years of experience. Must also have proven management and supervisory experience/skills. Must be willing to obtain Director's or Administrator's Credentials as required by the State of Florida within two years in position.
Assistant Director and Full-Time Substitute
AA degree/CDA or equivalent with 6 ECE credits recognized by the licensing board plus one year teaching experience in an agency serving children and be at least 21 years of age. Half of the education requirement may be substituted with additional years of experience.
Sr. Child Development Specialist
High school diploma plus 6 ECE credits recognized by the PCLB with 1 year teaching experience in an agency serving children. Must be at least 21 years of age.
Preschool Teacher
Child Development Associate Degree or Equivalent CDA certification, plus 6 ECE credits recognized by the PCLB with 1 year teaching experience in an agency serving children. Must be at least 21 years of age.
Pre-K Teacher
Specialized four-year degree in early childhood or primary education and be certifiable by County School Board.
